China: Delivery Rider’s Scooter Struck by Car While Waiting for Order in Hunan

On May 5, 2026, in Hunan, located in southern China, a video recorded a delivery rider wearing a black hat sitting inside a restaurant while waiting to pick up an order. Another delivery rider in a yellow hat walked into the restaurant shortly afterward. Outside on the road, a white car suddenly drove toward the parked vehicles and hit the black-hatted rider’s electric scooter. The impact pushed the scooter into another white car nearby.
